The international community has a crucial challenge to meet by following the UN’s 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to transform the way we live and do business and change the course of the environmental, social, and economic problems of our time.

Working to design a series of resources and tools to help SMEs understand and implement SDGs
SME Green Skills HUB provides companies and educators with a compendium of innovative new generation tools to make the leap to sustainable development.

Who we are: six organisations from five European countries
The partnership of SME Green Skills HUB is composed by a multi-stakeholder network of expert entities including sectorial clusters, research and development centres, provincial governments, high education institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, business schools and vocational education and training providers from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey and Ireland.

Celebration of the kick-off meeting
The six SME Green Skills Hub partners from five European countries meet online for the launch of the project. This first consortium meeting was scheduled to take place in Spain, hosted by the project coordinator INFODEF, but was finally held online due to mobility restrictions resulting from COVID19.

We want to share who we are, what we do, the progress of the project and make each of the results available to you. We want to communicate in real time and get to know better all those SMEs and vet trainers who are interested in sustainable development and want to implement it in order to provide a better response to the social and environmental challenges we face.

SME Green Skills Hub brochure available in five languages
The brochure has been designed to be shared digitally to avoid paper consumption, although the format also allows for printing, and is available in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Turkish.
