🌱 The SME Green Skills HUB products have been tested and evaluated by more than 120 target users and beneficiaries of the project. 👌 A very possitive feedback was received from this pilot phase: interest and engagement of participants, multiplier effect, relevance of the use of digital tools in education and training.

SME Green Skills HUB is an Erasmus+ project aimed at assisting and guiding Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by fostering green sectorial skills through innovative and new generation training methods using gamification and workplace learning pedagogies with the guidance of VET teachers, trainers, and mentors. The #SDGs and #sustainability do not only imply the use of green and environmentally friendly practices. They go beyond that and touch on issues such as gender equality. In agriculture, as in other sectors, #women are underrepresented, running only 30 percent of farms in Europe. This, according to experts, not only moves the sector away from the gender equality outlined in the SDGs but also puts the green transition at risk.

Including the #SDGs in an #SME's plan is not only important in terms of social contribution and ensuring a #sustainable future. Increasingly, large companies are aligned with the SDGs and want to count only on small suppliers that do the same.
